    The Fruit Bon Bon Cosmetics shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. The Fruit Bon Bon is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking information is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

    We believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. Unfortunately The Fruit Bon Bon does not offer refunds. All sales are final with some exceptions. Please note, The Fruit Bon Bon reserves the right to refuse all returns. Please refer to return policy.

    In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for wrong items shipped/missing product within 5 days of receipt of package. Please follow the replacement/return steps below. 

    Refunds will be credited via store credit only. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Naturally, we cannot take returns on  used or open products, as determined by The Fruit Bon Bon or products not bought online at thefruitbonbon.com.

    To replace / return a wrong item(s) please follow these steps: 

    1. Click to download a copy of the return form. Please email your completed return form along with pictures of your issue to customercare@thefruitbonbon.com. DO NOT MAIL PRODUCTS BACK TO US WITHOUT A RETURN CONFIRMATION EMAIL. A result in this may get your return denied.

    2. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Customer must include the original packing slip.

    3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

    We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you received a tracking number via email/sms – you cannot cancel or modify your order, your order has been marked as shipped.

     

    PRODUCT ACCURACY

    *The swatches on our website represent our colors as true to color based on models features (lip pigmentation and/or skin tone).  However, the actual color may appear different on everyone*

    Please note, that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.

     

    CHANGE OF ADDRESS

    If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address you must contact customer service IMMEDIATELY via email customercare@thefruitbonbon.com. Please put "CHANGE ADDRESS" in the subject, and provide us with the correct shipping address in the email along with your #order number.

    All emails will receive a response within 48 business hours. (an email response may be delayed due to high volume service). Note, your order may be processed in 24hrs, if this is the case we will not be able to change your address.

    This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled.

    SHIPPING & HANDLING

    Orders must be placed by 11am PST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically process within 2 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday). During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait! This is not inclusive of holidays and shipping times.

    Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please note, any delays incurred by the courier is at their discretion and not at the discretion of The Fruit Bon Bon.

    Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Saturday (excluding holiday weekends). TheFruitBonBon.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders $50 and over (excluding taxes and discounts). The Fruit Bon Bon ships within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

    We offer international shipping to most countries. By placing your order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, The Fruit Bon Bon Cosmetics international fulfillment service. 

    *International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties/fees by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Note, The Fruit Bon Bon is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will they be reimbursed. We do not offer signature services for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

    First Class Mail: Varies per Country’s customs. However it can take up to 30 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances with your local customs clearance.

    *These are estimated transit times given to us by the assigned courier (USPS/UPS) however, they are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive as scheduled, The Fruit Bon Bon is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.

    Please ensure you enter the correct billing/shipping address BEFORE submitting your order. 

    Unfortunately, if there was a mistake made on your address upon checkout, we are unable to issue a refund.  A new shipment can be sent once we receive the item as returned to sender and a re-shipment costs has been remitted.

    If your shipment shows a confirmed delivery from the assigned courier, we are not responsible for sending a replacement package due to loss or stolen mail or issue a refund. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier or undeliverable addresses.

    The Fruit Bon Bon reserves the right to request signature upon delivery for domestic shipments valued over $150 USD.  We do not offer signature delivery for international shipments. 

    Please note, delivery time listed are the estimated delivery dates as provided by the courier. Delivery time depends on your selected country and depending on the handling with customs. Majority of the orders do get delivered within the specified time frame. However, there are certain circumstances such as inclement weather, holiday closures or inaccurate shipping information.

    Note: If we approve a refund after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of store credit.
